What I do with your data

Short version: I collect what I need to prepare your report and run your sessions, I keep it in three places, and I delete it when you ask. There are no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site.

1. Who I am

Pixel Parenting LLC, a California limited liability company, 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States. I decide what happens to the data described here, so under EU law I am the data controller.

For anything on this page, email me. It reaches me, not a queue.

2. What I collect

• The form. Your name and email, your business name, your sector, roughly how many people it has to keep working for, which tools you already use, and whatever you type about the jobs you want to automate.
• The payment. Stripe handles the card. I never see or store the card number. From Stripe I receive a confirmation and the billing details you gave it.
• The booking. Calendly receives your name, your email and the time you pick.
• Email. Whatever you write to me, and my replies.

I do not ask for, and you should not send, your clients' personal data. If a file we test with contains any, we strip it first.

3. The form saves as you type

The intake form saves your answers to my server as you fill it in, before you press the button, so nothing is lost if the connection drops or you come back later. If you start it and change your mind, write to me and I delete the draft.

4. What I use it for

• To read about your business before we meet, so the hour starts with your work.
• To write and send your report.
• To email you about your own kickoff: the sessions, the guides, a question I need answered.
• To keep the business and tax records I am required to keep.

5. What I never do

• No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording. This site measures nothing about you.
• I never sell or rent your data, and I never share it for anyone's advertising.
• I never use your data, or what you write in the form, to train an AI model.
• I never show one client's business to another. What I see during a kickoff is confidential.
• No marketing emails unless you ask for them. Buying does not sign you up to anything.

6. Who handles data for me

A short list, and each one only handles what that job needs:

• Render: hosting for this site and storage for what the form collects.
• Stripe: the payment. Stripe is the one that sees your card.
• Calendly: the booking, and the reminder it sends you.

There is no one else. No analytics provider, no advertising network, no newsletter tool. Even the typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google, so opening a page here tells nobody but me that you did.

7. Where it is handled

In the United States. I am a US company and the providers above are US companies, so if you are in Spain or elsewhere in the EU, your data is transferred to the United States to be handled there. Each of those providers offers the standard contractual clauses the EU requires for that transfer.

8. How long I keep it

• A form that never becomes a booking: 12 months, then deleted.
• Reports, session notes and guides: 3 years after the last session, so I can answer you if you come back.
• Payment and invoicing records: as long as tax law requires me to keep them, which I cannot shorten on request.

9. Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or object to my holding it at all. Email me and I answer within one month, normally the same week. I do not ask you to prove who you are beyond replying from the address I hold.

If you are in Spain and you think I have got this wrong, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). I would rather you wrote to me first, but that is your right and not a favour to me.

10. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. The Calendly page you book on sets its own, under Calendly's policy.

11. If this changes

I date this page. If I ever add a provider or start measuring something, it goes on this page before it goes live, and if you are a client at the time I tell you by email.
