Everything that matters, on one page
This is what we agree to when you book a session with me. No fine print: if something is not here, ask me first.
1. The course
The course "Your First AI Agent: Set It Up and Put It to Work" is sold and run on its own course page, under that page's terms, including its refund policy. These terms cover the one-to-one work paid on this site.
2. A 1:1 working session
Sixty minutes over Zoom, on your screen, inside your own accounts, on the task you choose. Within two business days you get a short written recap: what we set up and what to try next.
Tell me the task when you book, so the hour starts on your work.
3. Price and payment
- $350 per session, paid by card through Stripe when you book. I do not store your card details.
- Sessions are sold to businesses and self-employed professionals.
- Tools (ChatGPT, Claude or others) are not included: you subscribe to them and pay for them, and they are yours.
4. Moving or cancelling a session
- You can move a session once, with at least 24 hours' notice. If I am the one who moves it, we find a new time that suits you.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of paying, I refund it in full. After that there is no refund, but the session can still be moved once.
5. Private work, just for you or your team
Private work starts with a short form and a free 30-minute call. Within two business days I send you a written proposal: what we set up, how many sessions, the dates and the price. Nothing starts and nothing is paid until you have agreed to it in writing.
6. Your accounts, your credentials, your data
- The work happens inside your accounts: on a shared screen, or through a temporary invitation to your workspace that you remove when we are done.
- I keep no passwords or credentials, and I never export or take away your data or your clients' data.
- Test runs use anonymized sample files. If a file contains third-party personal data, we strip it first.
- What I see of your business is confidential. The recaps are yours: use them and copy them inside your company as much as you like. What I ask is that you do not publish them or pass them to other companies.
7. What I do not promise
I commit to the session and the written recap. I do not promise a specific business result, such as more clients or hours saved. I work with your processes and your product as they are.
You review what the tool produces before it goes to a client; the final call is always yours.
8. Language
Sessions and recaps in English or Spanish, your choice.
